President's Day 2018

Posted by Pete Waddington on 13 May 2018

In the morning we had the junior section come out in force to make the senior section of the club scared regarding their positions. The hockey olympics was a huge hit with some silky skills on show. Then it was the turn of kids vs parents where a tight fixture resulted in the kids narrowly claiming bragging rights for another year. Finally it was the turn of the adults where after Scott lasted a record 2 minutes before getting his first card from MC Murphy, a great game finished 3-1.

In the evening we met for another fantastic buffet put on by Sugar before handing out awards to those members of the club that particularly shone this season both on and off the field.

Bring on the 2018/2019 season!
