Welcome to the 2023/24 Season!
Bodmin Hockey Club is a social and all inclusive club.
As a club we are going from strength to strength this is partly to do with the younger players from the junior sections coming through and starting to play for the adult teams, it's always great to have some young legs to run round especially at the end of the matches! We have some new members too, welcome you know who you are 😆
We have quite a few of our junior section training and playing for county hockey 🏒 which is a real benefit to our club as a whole, bringing new skills and fresh ideas to their teams.
We have members from 6 years right upto 70, if you would like to find out more about Bodmin Hockey Club, why not pop along, we offer a free taster session on training days.

Ladies 6-7.30 pm Wednesday's
Mens 7.30- 9pm Wednesday's
Juniors 6-7pm Thursdays
Colts/Badgers (teenager's) 7-8pm Thursdays

Latest Government Announcement
After the latest government announcement allowing groups of 6 to meet together outdoors from Monday 1 June following strict social distancing guidelines, we are now updating the guidance for hockey.

Our Junior Coaches Get Coached
All 5 of our junior coaches attended the level 1 coaching course in Truro last week. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn the principles of the Golden Thread which encourages game play, ball touches and fun for our juniors. It was a tiring but extremely worth while day spent with England Hockey coach Richard Young.
